Kpelleh Town Junction village in Liberia's Montserrado county has never had a clean source of water. The only clean source of water they knew of would start and end with the short rains, otherwise, they collected water from a nearby shallow well.

But then Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia partnered to drill the community a new well and installed a new hand pump. The new well is currently serving over four hundred residents. For the first time ever, the people of Kpelleh Town Junction village have a constant flow of clean and safe water.
