A shallow hand dug well was the common source of water in Fendell Junction village. The villagers would complain of getting sick after drinking from the well, but they drunk the water out of a necessity. 

But not anymore, because Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia teamed up to drill a new well for the people of Fendell Junction. The well, equipped with a new hand pump, is supplying clean and safe drinking and washing water to over three hundred residents of Fendell Junction.
